Absolutely Alabama

They have decided to close the resturant and the  last day is Sunday, May 26.


Our classmate, Paul Gagliano and his wife Rosemary, owners of the “Seafood and Chicken Box” in Trussville have some good news. The restaurant will be featured by Fred Hunter in his “Absolutely Alabama” segment.

It will air on WBRC on Friday, 3 May during the 9pm News and again on Sunday, 5 May during the 7-8am News.  

Drop by and see them at their restaurant in the Trussville Shopping Center.

Passing of Mary Ann Culotta

It is with sadness that I am letting you know that our classmate, Mary Ann Culotta passed away on 16 April in Birmingham from cancer. 

Visitation will be held on Monday, 22 April at 10:00 at Our Lady of Sorrows with a funeral Mass at 11:00.

Passing of Peggy Anne Cella (Miller)

It is with sadness that I am letting you know that our classmate, Peggy Anne Miller Cella passed away Sunday, 3 March in Sandy Springs, GA from a reoccurrence of cancer. 
Services will be held on Monday, 11 March at 10:30 at Saint Andrew’s Catholic Church in Roswell, GA.

Turning 70 Get-Together

A good time was had by all.  See the photos in the Album.


 We are having a get together on Friday evening 3 May 2019,  at Heatherwood Hills Country Club (HHCC).  There will be an Italian buffet with individual tabs ($24.00 per person), a pay as you go bar, and plenty of room to socialize.  No frills, no fuss, no agenda; just a chance to have another good time together.  As always, spouses and significant others are invited and encouraged.  Emotional Support Animals are also welcome as...

Did you know that of the 177 people that we have valid emails, that 75% (133)  live in Alabama, and of those 85% (113) live in what I call the Bham area (less than 45 minutes away).
